About Kerry

I create custom furniture and cabinetry for clients in the New York tri-state area and nationwide.

When it comes to creative design, top quality materials, durable construction and customer service, you don't have to settle. I will work with you to design and then produce the cabinets, furniture or closets that fit your needs and your budget.

I have been a professional woodworker for more than 20 years. I have honed my skills by working with well-known furniture-maker instructors at such institutions as The Philadelphia Furniture Workshop, The North Bennett Street School in Boston, and the Connecticut Valley School of Woodworking. I am a member of the Society of American Period Furniture Makers (SAPFM) as well as the Cabinet Makers Association. I use traditional mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joinery in most of my projects and mechanical joinery when called for to ensure that your piece will last a long time.

When you commission a custom piece of furniture or cabinetry you are embarking on a process in which you should be an active participant. I provide each customer with access to an online project management website where we will collaborate throughout the design and construction of your project. This is where I will post photos, share key milestone deadlines; and keep you up-to-date on the progress of your project so you will be there every step of the way.

I work with clients nationwide and will deliver your commission personally in the New York Tri-State area, or via liftgate or white-glove service nationwide.
